How do ownership transfers work?

The current owner initiates a transfer by entering the buyer's email. The buyer receives a secure link, completes payment and identity verification, and ownership is transferred. A new logbook version is created recording the transfer.

We offer a 14-day refund policy if you haven't completed identity verification. Once identity verification is complete, the logbook is considered activated and is non-refundable.
