If you buy as a consumer, you keep whatever cancellation or withdrawal rights the law of your country gives you. In many of our launch markets this includes a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, although this right can end early when a digital service is supplied at your express request and you acknowledge that you lose the right once it is fully supplied. During checkout we ask for both acknowledgements before payment so that your rights are applied correctly.
Email hello@registermybike.com or use the contact form with your order reference and the email address used at purchase. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method through the payment provider used at checkout.
Registration depends on identity, address and evidence checks. If your registration cannot proceed because a required check cannot be passed after reasonable attempts, contact us: each case is reviewed individually under your applicable statutory rights and we confirm the outcome by email.
