A unique logbook ID is issued only after verification eligibility and payment

Step 2

Confirm Ownership Evidence

Provide a receipt or complete a digitally signed ownership declaration when no receipt is available.

Receipt evidence is stored privately for review
No-receipt declarations use an independent signing audit trail
False ownership claims are prohibited and can be rejected
No payment is taken before verification eligibility

Step 3

Verifieer je identiteit

Complete Shufti's hosted identity-document, live-face and address checks. Every new registration and new keeper follows the same verified-owner standard.

Step 4

Ontvang je logboek

Once eligible, choose a registration bundle and pay securely. The issued digital logbook links to the live public provenance record.
