We collect your email address for authentication, full name and country for your profile, bicycle details you provide during registration, and identity verification results from Stripe Identity. Frame numbers are stored as SHA-256 hashes — we never store your full frame number.
Your data is used to create and maintain your bicycle logbook, provide public verification pages, facilitate ownership transfers, generate PDF logbooks, and communicate important account updates.
Data is stored securely using Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS). All database access is restricted to authenticated users accessing their own data. Public verification pages show limited, non-personal information only (owner initials, country, bike details).
We use Stripe for payment processing and identity verification, Supabase for data storage, and Documentero for PDF generation. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Your account data is retained while your account is active. Logbook records are retained permanently to maintain the ownership chain. You may request account deletion at any time through your settings.
